Terms of Service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of triunelabs.ai and the services Triunelabs provides, including the client portal. By using the site or opening an account you agree to these terms. Individual client engagements may be covered by a separate written agreement; where the two differ, the written agreement wins.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account, including any API keys or access tokens issued to you. Keep credentials confidential; tell us promptly at ethan@triunelabs.ai if you believe an account has been compromised. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into contracts.
Acceptable use
Don't use the services to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or generate or distribute content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.
Services and changes
We continually improve our services and may change, add, or retire features. Where a change materially reduces something you actively pay for, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.
Fees
Fees for client engagements are agreed in writing before work begins. Where services are billed through the client portal, prices are shown before you commit, and failed or undelivered work is not charged. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the materials you provide to us and, unless agreed otherwise in writing, of the work product delivered to you upon payment. The Triunelabs name, site, and underlying technology remain ours. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service itself.
Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triunelabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event.
Termination
You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
